This six-panel installation is designed to create a perceptual short-circuit. The apparently white panels are actually painted in very light tones that interact with the light and space. Their size also generates a doubt in the viewer’s mind: they barely fit into the space that hosts them and there are no openings through which they could have been brought in. The uncertainty and mystery are emphasised by the sound of doors being slammed shut and opened, conjuring up the impression of a work in progress moulded on the reality of everyday life.
